CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULE POLICY For any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled same day will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for. No call No show appointments will result in 100% charge of the service(s) you were scheduled for. No Call No Show more than 2x you will be blocked from making future appointments. LATE POLICY If you are running late to your appointment please TEXT to let me know. If you are more than 5 minutes late I will do everything I possibly can to accommodate your scheduled service(s).
